We are excited to welcome Dalen Lawrence as Chapter Director for CFO Circle’s Los Angeles chapter.

Dalen brings more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, and strategic advisor, having founded, scaled, and led companies across multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen financial visibility, improve operational performance, and build the systems necessary to support sustainable growth and informed decision-making.

What distinguishes Dalen is his ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. He understands that meaningful business results come not only from sound financial planning but also from creating the processes, systems, and accountability structures that enable organizations to act on insights with confidence. His work consistently focuses on helping leadership teams move beyond fragmented reporting and toward decision-ready data that drives smarter, faster business decisions.

Dalen also brings a strong appreciation for the power of peer-driven leadership. As a longtime member of Vistage, he actively participated in executive peer groups and leadership development forums, gaining firsthand experience with the value of confidential collaboration, shared perspective, and executive accountability. These experiences align closely with the core principles that define the CFO Circle community.

In his current role with Stalliant, Dalen is helping redefine the modern CFO function by integrating finance, technology, automation, and data intelligence. His work reflects a forward-thinking approach to financial leadership, enabling organizations to operate with greater agility, visibility, and strategic focus in an increasingly complex business environment.

As a CFO Circle Chapter Director, Dalen will facilitate confidential, peer-driven forums where CFOs and senior finance leaders can engage in meaningful dialogue, share practical insights, and address the strategic, operational, and leadership challenges unique to their roles. His focus on innovation, execution, and value creation makes him exceptionally well-positioned to help finance leaders navigate growth, transformation, and change.

Under Dalen’s leadership, the Los Angeles chapter will provide CFOs with a trusted community dedicated to strategic thinking, leadership development, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation.
