His professional journey includes senior leadership positions within large national organizations, as well as the successful founding, scaling, and exit of multiple businesses. This diverse background provides him with firsthand insight into both corporate leadership and entrepreneurial decision-making.
Under Paul’s leadership, CFO Circle has become a trusted environment where finance leaders can confidentially discuss critical business issues, gain fresh perspectives, and develop practical strategies for driving organizational performance. Paul remains actively involved in the development of CFO Circle Chapter Directors, the design of peer group experiences, and the strategic frameworks that shape the organization’s continued growth and impact.
In addition to leading CFO Circle, Paul serves as Principal Consultant at Blueprint for Growth, where he advises business owners, CEOs, and executive teams on strategic growth initiatives, business value enhancement, succession planning, and long-term value creation.
Paul earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Hofstra University.
